Compliance EU ETS for the aviation sector

The following aircraft operators administered by Flanders did not surrender sufficient emissions allowances:

• For the 'emission year' 2012:

  • F12983 GREEN DIESEL

  • 2344 SAUDIA

• For the 'emission year' 2016:

  • 20065 VLM Airlines NV

Consequently they are in noncompliance with their surrendering obligation, as determined by article 56/39 of the Decision of the Flemish Government regarding tradable emission allowances of 20 April 2012. In execution of article 63 §6 of this decision, their names are published above.
